An item may be returned for exchange, or in-store credit only up to 10 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused and unworn condition as shipped to the customer. Store credit will be issued to the customers email you used when placing your order. Orders can not be canceled once they are made.
Original condition of the item wanting to be returned: Any item received back for a return that is not in the original unused and unworn condition will not be refunded. Items with make up stains, pet hair, perfume or other strong odor are a few examples of items that cannot be returned, even for a store credit. The customer will be expected to pay for shipping to return these items back to the original customer.
If the item is damaged or has a defect it must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the item.
ALL SALES 20% OR HIGHER ARE ALL FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS. This also includes discount codes directly from influencers and all other parties. If the final sale item has been returned the customer must pay to ship the item back in order to receive the item back.
Please include the email you used when you placed the order with all returns. If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know what size you would like to exchange for on the packing slip that was shipped with your order.
All returns can be sent to the return address on the shipping label.
