Refund Policy

An item may be returned for exchange, or in-store credit only within 10 days of delivery date. The item must be in the original, unused and unworn condition as shipped. Store credit will be issued to the email you used when placing your order. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Any item received back for a return that is not in the original, unused, and unworn condition is not eligible for return and will not be accepted. Items with make-up stains, pet hair, perfume, or other strong odor are a few examples of items that will not be accepted.

If your order contains any damaged or defect items you must notify our customer service team and arrange return shipping within 10 days of the delivery date. 

ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED AT A 20% OFF OR MORE DISCOUNT ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. No exceptions will be made. 

Any dress purchased on pre-order is final sale and cannot be canceled as it is made-to-order.
